Reiki Training - Registration and Class Information

Reiki is a simple, gentle practice that can be learned by anyone. Many people are drawn to Reiki as a way to support their own well-being, deepen their personal growth, or offer comfort and care to family and friends. 

In Reiki Level 1, students are introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, the body's energetic system, and the foundational techniques used for self-treatment and working with others. No previous experience is required. 

This class provides a supportive and welcoming environment for learning, practicing, and experiencing Reiki firsthand. Many students find that learning Reiki becomes a valuable addition to their person wellness routine. 

Topics Covered: 

- History and principles of Reiki

- Understanding the body's energy system

- Self-Reiki techniques

- Hand positions for working with others

- Practical application and practice time

- Reiki Level 1 attunement

Upon completion, students will receive a Reiki Level 1 Certificate. 

Reiki Level 2 is designed for students who have completed Reiki Level 1 and wish to continue their Reiki journey. 

This course explores traditional Usui Reiki techniques in greater depth while expanding your understanding of energy work and Reiki practice. Students gain additional tools and confidence for working with Reiki in both personal and professional settings. 

The course requires approximately six hours of instruction and practice and may be completed in a single day.

- Reiki Level 2 symbols and their traditional uses

- Distance Reiki techniques

- Deepening intuition and energetic awareness

- Professional and ethical considerations

- Practice and integration

Upon completion, students will receive a Reiki level 2 Certificate

Teaching Reiki since 2014, Christina is passionate about helping others discover practical tools for relaxation, balance, and personal growth. Her teaching style is supportive, down-to-earth, and designed to help students feel comfortable and confident in their Reiki practice.

Master Level training is available for students who have completed Reiki Levels 1 and 2.
